Delivery & FAQs

Delivery

Where do you deliver to?

Dublin, Meath, Kildare & North Wicklow.

When you request a quote, we will ask for your Eircode which will allow us to quote the delivery fee for your location.

As standard we deliver Wednesday – Saturday 8am – 2pm. On occasions if you have a celebration outside of these days, we can arrange bespoke delivery on a case by case basis and for an bespoke price.

We cannot give an exact time for delivery given the unpredictable nature of traffic and congestion. We use a navigating system which is automated to use the most efficient route on any given day and time, so the order we deliver is random and can vary depending on traffic conditions on any given day.

We will always endeavour to deliver on your preferred day, however this may not be possible if all delivery slots have already been booked. Please give as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.

Once we confirm we can fulfil your order, we will give you a booking reference to use to pay via our online payment platform. This is a secure Stripe payment platform, so we do not have access to your card details.

We put balloons in large balloon bags to keep them clean and protected. Balloon hoops are wrapped in bubble wrap.

It is ideal if there is someone at an address when the balloons are delivered so they can be brought inside into a protected space. If someone isn’t going to be in, then you should highlight where they should be left for maximum protection. We will send a photo of the location they have been left and to illustrate that they are undamaged and as ordered.

We can allow changes to your order or cancellation of your order, but ONLY if these changes or cancellation are confirmed in writing 5 working days (ie. 1 week) prior to the delivery date requested. Any requested changes or cancellation must be sent to info@partyballoonproductions.ie or sent by Whats App to 087 xxxxxxxx

As balloon designs are all personalised to be unique to your celebration, we are unable to change or cancel an order any later than 5 working days (ie. 1 week) in advance of the delivery date chosen. (eg. If you have booked a design to be delivered on a Saturday, then changes or cancellation must be made by the Saturday prior.)

Yes. However, any changes to the delivery address must be made 24hours in advance of the time slot you originally booked.

Yes. However you must check this with the venue and ensure that this is allowed on your particular date and whether there are any time restrictions, etc. Ideally we need a name as a point of contact in the venue to confirm where the balloons are to be left and that they have been received. We hold no responsibility if any damage is done to the balloons after they have been left in a venue, or should they be lost by the venue. We will take a photo to illustrate how they have been delivered to the venue.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long should my balloons last for?

Our Inflated Balloons last for up to 5 days depending on how the balloons are stored. They should be kept at room temperature and remember these are not toys and ‘little hands’ should be kept from playing with them, or they will get damaged.

Air filled balloons can last for longer.

If in a socialising environment and some people are smoking, ensure cigarette or lighters are nowhere near the balloon displays.

All of our latex balloons are made from high-quality natural latex which is created from the sap of rubber trees – an organic, renewable and fully biodegradable resource harvested from the Hevea brasiliensis rubber tree.

Our supplier Gemar, uses 100% natural, bio-based latex from certified sustainable rubber trees, package in recyclable or reusable materials, and use 100% solar energy in their factories.

You should never release balloons into the open air as this is damaging to the environment and animals who end up swallowing the balloons once they burst.

When you are finished enjoying your balloons please “pin it and bin it”.
